    Very informative video. Should the partnership has to be registered with government? Or only a partnership agreement with % of share of the property can be enough? As sometimes, not all the partners wants to be on title due to mortgage reason but want to avoid capital gain tax to only 1 person.

Is it better to invest under his personal name in this case or is it better to open either a sole proprietary or corporation?
