    In your 4 red flags when looking for a Turnkey Rental Property video, you said that we should try to avoid seller's that are trying to get us to put down more than 30% on a property. However, in this video, you've said that we should try to reduce the leverage by putting a 30%+ down payment on a property. A bit confused. Can you clarify? thanks
