Thanks so much! I've been thinking about buying my first home and this video has been so helpful. It is very easy to follow and understand. If you ask someone who has bought a home how the process works, they throw all these big words at you or just give you one step answer. So again, thank you and I now feel like I can tackle the process "like a boss".

so for the mortgage got a question, what is a person with no credit (or should be no credit) score is expected to pay on average from what you seen. that and if you already have the starting sell offer and enough to pay it if you pay up front how much extra are you expected to pay on top of that.

where does an appraisal fit in to the timeline. I have VA CoE and house is in USDA zone but Im not sure of it's value and I know it needs a septic repair. The owner wants to owner finance (maybe to avoid inspections?), possibly to hide the true value of house?

    Oh, I understand a little! I guess.
My parents are buying a new house, around 590k. They have good/ okay credit and the seller of the house accepted the offer. I'm so excited to enter and live in the house. (Not to brag but it had a huge yard/ lot too)
    Thank you for explaining.
