Dear Brandon, thank you for taking the time to make this for us, we understand that you need to sell it but 14 minutes of selling it? Really?

What are you doing that your expenses are so high? For a 2-4 plex half the units should cover all costs leaving 1-2 units of pure profit monthly.

I like the way that the webinars are structured for a live audience. However, I think a "highlight reel" of sorts with a consolidated version would be great for a portion of the BP viewers. At least the BP Pro members πŸ™‚

Anybody serious about buying out of state you must consider this property. Have checks mailed or direct deposited in your account without ever having to leave your house by outsourcing your administrative duties to a property manager.

There is no such thing as passive income. Nothing is free or passive. Eventually in real estate, there is a day when the asset hits law of diminishing returns. Buying is easy, selling is another monster.

The cash flow is reasonable. What if the unit needs repairs like the AC?

I think mutual fund investing is better than real estate investment.

I hate the fact that we are talking business but you are repeating yourself as if u are targetting a retarded crowd. We are obviously here because we don't have patients to wait for riches and want to get to work immediately. So its frustrating to sit through a bunch of explanation that are noylt necessary. Can some one give me a speaker that skips to the how and not the why because i have my own why and don't care to address it or hear anyone elses why? Grinds my gears to hear all the extra shit.
